Weightloss suggestions

I have been trying to lose weight for the longest while. Started to once but I gave up on the exercise since it clashed with my kids and their wake up time. I really enjoy exercising though
 
No, not really i used to be chubby, but at one point i took a good look at my eating habbitsand though huh i ate too much, now i eat 2 meals a day perfectly fine and i feel good. Some people think i'm too skinny but i feel ill when i eat too much so i cut it back ever so slightly.

i used to skip two meals a day to get my weight to normal but, i never lost much, just a few pounds but i fell sick after that. now, i just accept that i am fat and get on with my day

Ok but you are supposed to have three meals not two but I guess if it works for you and your health is good it's ok

Nah, I have really good genetics and so I don't gain any weight like everyone in my family.

Cool. Here's an idea, loan me some of those genetics lol
