Indeed. But that's very rare.
People do get used to the heat, after sometime :D

I live closer to the equator so it's hot most of the time but as you go up north it becomes colder. Especially with the Himalayan mountain range. In summer it's hot obviously.

Wow that must be pretty hot temperatures. No wonder those heat warnings won't affect you

you are right.
people can get used to anything and it's going to be hard but not impossible

Uh didn't you read what I said? Those warnings were bullshit and were readings from Rajasthan, which is a desert and is thousands of miles away from where I live. And no I can't stand hot temperature I usually stay home in May.

she was just worried about you.
panicking would make people forget about the information they already have. don't be too hard on her. she is a have gentle soul

Yep especially temperatures
Did you know that athletes normally train to get acclimatized if they have to compete in places where the temperatures are different to what they are accustomed to?
I learnt that in PE when I was going to school...they either recreate the atmospheric conditions or go to the place a few weeks in advance for training
Being an athlete must be pretty hard sometimes..what do you think chick?

I did read it and what I said was that I am happy to know that it was not as big a deal as it was made out to be and also that I am happy to hear that you guyz are not affected in anyway.
Best remedy for heat is normally a pool or beach bath but most of the time I have to settle for a fan lol

that is very complicated.
i don't think i have it in me to go used to extreme temperatures. i can't go through a rough training like that

I know right..Can you imagine if you're lets say a swimmer and use to swimming warm waters but got a competition in a cold place, I mean the water might be warmed or whatever but the temperatures might still not be as warm as they are accustomed to and then having to train in that cold water for days to get your body to adapt..man that is crazy

i can't even imagine it.
and i think they won't be able to succeed in such cases and it's just too hard for them

For athlete.. they usually come before the day of competition to adjust their body to the enviroment or train in a place with similar traits as where the competition held. That's how things work on football
