Watsuki Nobuhiro charged with Child Pornography

I saw this news two days ago. I didn't know what to say, so i didn't bring it up.
It's a great anime and I am kinda disappointed to know about this. Disappointed in the mangaka to be exact.
 
I was disappointed too. Well, his new Rurouni Kenshin Hakkaido-hen manga is done for, I guess. And it's also safe to say that the final arc of the original Rurouni Kenshin manga won't get a Kanketsu-hen-style anime adaptation, like InuYasha got years after its anime got over.
 
I don't believe someone's work should suffer due to their creators issues on a personal level at least.

But all things considered, for right now, RIP Rurouni Kenshin series.
 
Wow, I read Rurouni Kenshin not that long ago. It was very good though learning this is pretty shocking I don't really follow any mangaka's so i can't say i knew about anything

That's what pisses me off. One of the only animes that I though should get a reboot was rurouni kenshin. Not just a inuyasha: final act thing but something like what FMAB got.

but isn't the final act and FMAB the same thing? The anime just finished off where the first series ended manga wise.

FMAB adapted the chapters that FMA adapted, again. That was one of the few criticisms of FMAB, that it did the same things the original did(and in a somewhat rushed way, though I suppose I wouldn't know since I didn't watch the 2003 series).

While I would have liked that, considering its popularity now, a Kanketsu-hen is the only one we could have hoped for, to start promotions for the new manga, and then it can start adapting the new manga, if that could have ever happened.

what the fuk? how can someone like his have a habit like that? children are innocent and they should be cherished and not violated for fuk's sake. i don't like perverts like that.
 
This was a very long time and that mangaka received a severe backlash from everyone.
May be he changed now.
