Very weird anime names...

I came across several weird anime names...like....I want to eat your pancreas, skull face bookseller honda-san and such. Is it just me or the animators and mangaka's trying to attract more and more people with weird names?
 
I also thought the same when I first heard about the name of the movie, but when I googled it I found out in Japanese culture mothers tell their children things like “I’m gonna eat your disease”  to make them feel better. The Main character in the movie has failing pancreas so it all makes sense I guess.
 
Skull face Bookseller Honda-san is actually pretty good. I haven't watched the anime, but I've seen a few clips and all of them were very funny. I do know about the Pancreas movie and its plot but it's something I personally I'm not comfortable with so I mostly won't be watching it when the Blu-ray comes out.
Haven't watched this anime but Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo is a weird name I've come across. Weirdest names among the ones I've watched are probably Tsurezure Children and Seishun Buta Yarou wa Bunny Girl Senpai no Yume wo Minai, both very good.
 
Hmm....I suppose then it's not entirely weird xD
I will be watching skull face bookseller anime. Even ma chan thinks, it's a very funny anime.

Lol...google the reason behind it and you will be surprised to know the reason of bleach getting named as bleach :P
 
Many weird names but I can't recall much.
There is Bunny girl anime with a weird full name and even banana fish is weird.

if that is an anime name, it's very weird. for a moment i was thinking you posted a statement of a main protagonist of the goblin slayer. they enter the dungeons to kill the goblins.
 
God.
People should give more thought to anime names. Weird names can draw attention but they may drive away people too.

I agree with this one hundred percent. You can never tell, what may attract some people may also make others run for the hills lol and there are many examples out there
