This manga is unique and the setting is effective.
A girl being born as a man in the next life, is something that you can't see often. Now everyone is trying to get the healing power, which the boy possess.

Luke, a devil who want to protect this boy and fellow family who possess similar power, everything about this manga and anime is extreme.


Yuki, the boy who possess the healing power grew up in an orphanage in this life and now, his fellow mate from that orphanage who is like a brother to yuki wants to destroy the world.
What will yuki do and how will he proceed?
It is interesting. So, read this manga.

Art: 10/10 It's a really good art.
Story: 9.9/10 A very good story.
Genres: Action, shonen, supernatural.
Overall rating: 10/10 a good manga.
 
I saw the anime, and loved it. Hadn't read the manga, so I don't know how much the two differ from each other.

No, not exactly. She died and was born again, but as a male. But there are ties/bonds/and powers that she carried over from her last life. Well, now him. It is a shonen-ai. so if romance between males make you uncomfortable, may not be the best series for you. But if that doesn't bother you, then I recommend the show... or manga, but I wouldn't know about the manga.

As mellolily explain above, it isn't exactly that.
You will love it just read the manga or watch anime.

Very minor, there isn't even kissing. It's more like (and this isn't just for the two main characters, but some of the supporting characters as well), where two guys will be together and very close, and obvious they're boyfriends, but don't show it. Aside from one scene where one guy fell asleep on the shoulder of another guy. Anyway, that's as much romance you'll see.

Doesn't most of this stories revolve around people falling for the main protagonist?

Nah not romance. But the relationships still exist.

The names escape me, been so long since I've seen it, but there is one couple where it is obvious. They might actually kiss, but I forgot. But it is even stated, but since they're supporting characters, it's not noticeable.

It sounds interesting. I might keep an eye out for it. Although the name will be hard to remember.

Yes. Many shonen-ai have great plots. Like Dramatical Murder.

As a man, I don't like that genre my lady, but if it's not too ugly and disgusting, I will consider watching it.

Perhaps. Can't really say. I recommend it in general to anyone. But I think you would like it.
 
Sounds like King John and Lui XVI. There is a manga where they both get reborn as girls in a modern age :S
