[UPDATE]MyAnimeList is back

Haha , okay gotcha :). I have a good feel about this. To think I watched Yamada and seven witches which was crazy in some way.. It was eww at times but overall, they finished it good.

A website as huge as MAL needs a lot of maintenance as well, if we can be a little cooperative, then it isn't unreliable at all. Plus, Madara mentioned AniList. Checked it out?

Sure, but it's also the biggest anime website out there, and is an excellent database. So we know what are the popular anime, and anime with good score, recommendations for anime, and even good fansubbing groups.
Plus, it's easier to input everything since all the data is stored, and you don't need to design everything from the ground up.

Nothing will last forever, and it's a huge blow to the fanbase when something like this vanishes overnight which is nothing short of a crime.

There;s like 5 million users and this is the first time something like this has happened. Plus, I've exported my stuff to another pretty good site so it's all good for now.

i didn't. i was about to, but things gotten busy and never had time for it. i will see it soon. didn't think there are other websites like mal
 
I thought it was hacked and I felt at lose. I get my anime information only from that site and used anime news network for the first time
 
It seems like there is a surprising amount of people who realized that there are more sites like MAL xD

Perhaps they realised they used MAL more than they thought they did.
