I just use VLC which plays everything. MOV is an old format, but MP4 and MKV largely replaced that, and I’ve never used VOIB.

oh cool.
i use the default player in my phone. and it's an iphone and not sure what else is recommended for me. oh cool. mov must have been a very old format then

i never knew that.
thank you and when i try to convert these videos from mov using a free video converter, it takes 17 hours. so these days i download only mp4 formats.

You could save time by downloading VLC, it supports basically everything
