Do you agree with this list?  Anything to add?  If yes, why do you feel that way?

Absolutely agree with #1. But I think ichigo's scene should be higher and there were better moments in one piece.
 
that narration is bad and one can do a better work than that. i like the first moment a lot too but that naruto scene can be replaced by plenty of such scenes and i don't get what's special about it
 
I agree with some of them, like #1 and #8, but Ichigo's scene should be higher, and there were way, way better moments in Naruto and One Piece. Especially in One Piece, when Luffy burns the World Government's flag to assure Robin that the Straw Hats are gonna save her. Also don't know why shit like Black Clover is in there, that thing is barely an anime. The disappointing thing about this list is that it contains like one scene from every popular anime so that everyone is satisfied. Which is to be expected of a shit Youtube channel like Watchmojo and their history of posting asinine videos.

I agree with that flag burning moment.
At that moment, he made the entire government his enemy. Not that he is a good citizen before that, but his bounty certainly increased after that.

I mean he's not even a citizen, he's a pirate so he's a notorious criminal.

Of course, but until that moment, he hadn't done anything that made him a notorious criminal. He never stole or killed people like other pirates.
But burning a government flag is a felony that should never be committed.
 
i cried when tonayasu died in one piece recently.
i really didn't expect that and it made me so sad . poor otoko chan.
