I would like to predict that, they have some powers related to eyes. May be something like, code geass power? Or naruto powers? That would be hilarious to watch

There are lots of jokes regarding this. Probably they have some power related to eyes and even pudding has the power to erase the memory. So, it had nothing to do with eyes in general

Oda is getting so vast with this characters/powers, he is going to start running into other series in either looks or powers. I do believe sooner or later we will get Geass in One Piece.

Oda plans ahead and is known for his writing style and I don't think he would copy any other series. He would just come up with even more crazy stuff with powers and characters
