I think it's a thing ..I mean I'm sure that you would still have feelings for your first love no matter how messy it was and I guess it's the same for him

Why did they break up again?
I'm starting to think maybe she wasn't that wrong after all
I can't remember what was said but I think it all boils down to him not changing right?

no they broke up because sae is still a kid.
and she wanted a stable life with someone who is well settled in their life.
