Just like how he is doing all these tricks to win their attention and it's Tasho.
 
He has changed a bit to suit the time and he's even got a sword instead of that thing he had before..it does look kinda cool and he looks like a golden boy in that scene

and i think tasho doesn't know the culture of humans and how it kept changing.
