It's an open world survival crafting game where you crash from a spaceship into the ocean of an alien world and all you have is what's in your lifepod and around you to survive. What I love about this game was incredible size of the ocean and how much stuff there is to explore and the diverse alien ecosystem of undersea creatures.
There is always that urge to explore more and build equipment to venture deeper than you could previously into the unknown and what you find can be wondrous yet scary. It has the same vibe that made in abyss had.
Yes there's a story but it's something just for the sake of completion, I am not even doing it in favour of just exploring more and base building. It's an indie game and so it's relatively cheap which makes it a steal. Be warned for some possible technical issues.
