Not really.. Pure tamil is.. But modern tamil is quite easy to learn.. If you converse with ppl, you will learn quick

Even now I don't know some of the words and their meanings for padavinodam ya know.

Hmm....I don't have that many tamilian friends....

What do ya mean? Usually "he asked me a couples of times" means asking for a date.. You also said "I refused".. xD. Literally I thought he was asking ya out..I am clueless as to how ya dont know about that.. Its not "stupid" stuff.. Maybe to ya it is.


Anyway, coming back to this.. I'll help ya.. Its enough if ya know the basics like if ya come to TN, ya gotta talk to a shop owner or a conductor in a bus.. For those, it will help ya..

I don't joke around...I mean my personality here is completely different.
In real life, I keep my distance from everyone.
Some people wouldn't care about it and I allow them a bit sometimes.
That's how I got some friends but that's about it.

Wow.. Speaking of conductor... When I first boarded bus a here..I told him my stop and asked him for a ticket.
That conductor asked me 'vandh ticket'?
I was shocked...vandha means 100 in telugu.. Lol..I didn't know what to do with 100 tickets... And he shook his head and gave me 1 ticket and moved on.
Later I came to know that in kannada..it means 1 xD

But I guess that's cool..57 seats huh.. Well it's really confusing when the same word got different meanings on other languages

It is neither a compliment nor a bad remark. I just am kind of happy to see someone else having same traits as me.. :), ya know.. Like a few traits..

Yep it is... Well if you see russell peters stand up comedy, ya will come to know there are words which gives dirty meaning in one language and an innocent meaning in the other..
