So. Okabe gets transferred to the Alpha world line this time. Which means Mayuri is alive and Kurisu is dead. It's basically a sort of an episode that serves to make Okabe interact with Kurisu, and perhaps motivate him to get him out of his PTSD and move on, or do something about his current predicaments.
What's significant in this episode is the ending scene which is similar to that of episode 22 from the original Steins;Gate, albeit not the same.
