What are your thoughts on the hero killer Stain, who kills those who fight for fame instead of good justice?

Not just fame but any extraneous motive, unlike what All Might wants to do, which is saving people with a smile. I get where he is coming from, with the Hero Society and Heroes in general being more focused on money, fame, and ratings instead of serving people. That is, virtue itself being absent.
But his methods are obviously wrong, since if there's at least one Deku out there, influenced by All Might's ideals, he in turn can influence several other people, like Todoroki or Lida.
The Stain arc was easily my favorite arc of the series and the Stain vs UA students was my favourite fight(though my favourite moment is still United States of Smash).

I agree, the arc is this series strongest points. I hope there is more of him in the future and that he comes back stronger or more serious?
I wonder whether he is a character introduced in season 2.
