Sharing a sad story

So a couple of days ago a house caught on fire and of five kids who were trapped in it three of them died.
I was really heart broken to learn this. The children were 17,6 and 3 years of age.
They said that it was not possible to save them because of the burglar proof present. I can't believe this.
You're telling me that police and fire departments were present and could not save these children all because of burglar proof? 
Don't they have equipment for cutting people out of cars and stuff? How is it possible that they couldn't cut the burglar proof?!!!!!!!

ANd the other day the mom was on the news saying that the donations made for rebuilding the house were not given to them yet

It was a couple weeks ago actually
I don't give her wrong for asking about the money...I want to know where it is as well..if something is donated for a disaster then should it not be given to the person it was intended for? She said someone siezed it..I wonder who and why..stupid news reporters only reported half the story sighss
