Seeking feedback for staff stuff

Staff member
Staff members are users too and we are just a small community. I don't really like hierarchies or power related stuff at all. That is the reason why I created this forum.... Where everyone can freely share their views without using too many curse words and meaningless warnings and bans. 
We respect users privacy and we would always try to take feedback from them. Well then, how do you want the staff to act?
We could be like normal users, sharing stuff and enjoying ourselves. Or we could try to be model citizens and post our stuff with careful consideration. 
Before you answer I have removed the group names like admin, mod for a reason ... 
So do think a bit before giving your feedback.

I don't know what this is about man. I don't mind it either way.
You can be yourself and we will behave
 
I like how its always been here. You guys don't really label anyone as staff but they step in if needed to.

We just want everyone to enjoy themselves without too many restrictions.

i remember her saying things to nameless and she looked like she wanted to fight.
i don't see her as a conflict avoiding person.

I guess I do agree with that a little but I got really good staff members who work with me. So I don't have to worry about that :P
 
can we be a little rude to staff?
when they are doing something irritating and messed up, i want to point that out. if it's not a staff member, i would have used some colorful words.

Of course not!
I could at least understand a little if the other person is being rude to you. You are not supposed to be rude towards anyone including other members, Angel
 
I don't know enough to add much , but pulling ranks always is a very bad idea and I despise people who use their power for everything, to get the way they want. I have seen those people and I don't want to meet more clowns like that.

if i remember correctly,

Red = Admin
Orange = Super Mod? Can't remember
Purple(My Color) = Ex-Staff

Yes.
We don't stand out much and staff page is used, when people need to contact the staff :D

At the risk of bumping this I would like to say that the mods and other staff members should be free to express themselves like any other member and they can still do their jobs. Having friendly mods might be a lot easier for members to interact with them
