I'm pretty sure that when making Choko.. the author design her to be an annoying character because by normal standard she is the definition of annoying girl, but i like her anyway haha..

So what kind of girl is Choko? She is evil, self-centered, cocky, narcist, manipulative and slutty, but!! oh well.. she also hot haha.. this girl is capable to plot evil plan, all sort of evil plan. She also a good at putting an act to get people join her side or get what she wanted

I don't know, she just charming to me. I always anticipated her appearance on Happy!
 
I don't think I have heard of her before.
Most of the evil characters are just annoying as they don't have any truth or justice on their side
 
Sometimes, being evil is also charming. I have seen in many manga series that evil characters are so charming and attractive.
