Recommendations in Mal

I started it when it was still on-going, six episodes in I suppose. I wasn't really enjoying anything from that season apart from Tsurezure Children, and everybody kept talking about how good this was so I just started it.

I mean there are lots of anime with strong female leads out there but at the end of the day the definition of what a strong female lead is for you also matters. If one has a skewed version then no matter what the recommendations are it won't matter.
I for one don't really use it to watch anime, I use a combination of things: popularity in MAL, the staff of previous works I've seen, and the studio.

It's a useful website but it's not a hard and fast rule to use only MAL for recommendations.

I am not going to support like Clara but I believe balsa is the only one the fits the profile, that I have given.
I have watched couple of episodes of black lagoon and that female characters is too harsh.
 


I disagree with the tsundere part, it's just a character trait. There are lots and lots of good female characters who are Tsundere.

Maybe I'm thinking of more bad ass than strong.

I don't consider saber, erza as strong female characters

Well it can be a trait but I haven't seen many strong make characters having that trait.
I don't really like that

i wanted to check the banana fish recommendations today and i didn't see anything interesting.
i want to see better recommendations
