Question to anyone interested in answering

So I'm watching this Indian Soap and this incident that took place has me wondering.
There is this servant guy and a girl who is his master's daughter and he is in love with her but no one knows. His master considers him to be his son and so he decides to fix the girl's wedding with another more reputable guy. The thing is however, the master asks the servant boy to get them together.

My question is if you were the servant boy or in a situation like this what would you do?
Would you give up on your love and help the girl and next guy become united?

and it would make an interesting storyline and i wouldn't mind reading a manga for it

In the movie he helped them get closer n the guy turned out to be bad news but eventually he got rid of the bad one..well for the time being. .I'm loving this show so much these days

I mean.. if i like the girl then i'll fight for her, i won't help the girl to get closer to other guy, it will hurt myself

that's practical thing to do
but all the main protagonists these days don't think of things like this and rush them to get close to each other

Well the story though partially annoying is a cute love story and has it's comical pieces
In actuality though Idk what I would do lol
