Is there any anime like that kids?
People don't forget the anime they like...and tend to follow it.

So, I can't think of one single anime that fits this criteria
 
Everyone would say that their favorite anime is popular once upon a time too. I would say sword art online. It's really popular but now one punch man and attack on titan, exceeds it's popularity. I wouldn't say no one remembers it

Jojo is the name still hear, I think t's called jojo's bizarre adventure. It's in my list and I am planning to watch it this year. I have been following academia too but I am not caught up with the episodes yet. I misjudged its popularity.

It would be bad if I start watching it now, without watching the first parts. I will be watching them first before picking up the part 5.

I thought it would be a long series for sure. I don't know the number of episodes that are out so far. I will see the number and pick it up, if the number is less.

Part 1 and 2 have 26 episodes combined, Part 3 has 48 episodes(2 seasons: 24+24), Part 4 has 39 episodes. Totally 114. You can find out about them in MAL or by doing a Google search.

I think I heard that before but I am no entirely sure of it. I will pick this anime and see for myself.
