I think Negi Springfield from Negima! Magister Negi Magi would qualify as a people pleaser. Although he is the teacher of class 2-A, he doesn't seem to want to ruffle any feathers. Thinking about this specific anime, there are quite a few students who would qualify as a people pleaser. Nodoka Miyazaki being another.
