Passwords

I try using 2-3 different passwords for different purposes, there is one for SNS accounts, one for PC log-in and one for eMails ... sometimes I create a new password and I update my accounts on the web but I couldn't remember all passwords if I were using a different password in every single site or thing I need to use a password to log-in in!
