Its a tight decision.. Still I would go with parasyte.. The gore, the transformation of the MC, the flow of the story, the romance with no beating around the bush.. It's a short and crisp story.
 
Well, I like Tokyo ghoul better.
I am not talking about the Tokyo ghoul re but rather the first two seasons.
I liked them unlike the third season.
 
i like both of them and i can't choose one. you could always watch the other one after completing first anime you picked to watch
 
I am partial to both man. If you like one anime more and you should go it and you have already made a decision. Why do you think parasite is better than Tokyo ghoul?

Both was good overall man.. Parastye had its classic scenes "Migi, you take the defence". And in TG, "After all this, you think this will hurt me?" after he accepted his ghoul self and fought against Jason.. The BGM was smack dab.. Its just.. Parasyte tells the story without stretching.
 


Yeah well one is over edgy garbage while the other one had a great story, music, characters and drama.

I didn't dislike it but I do know that many people are disappointed with season 2.
If anything, I didn't like season 3. It didn't make much sense to me as anime didn't cover everything from manga and the story got ahead.

I loved the fight with Jason but it was hard to see kaneki suffering like that. I liked parasyte too. You are right about the story not stretching in it.

Didn't you like the first season?
Many people didn't like second season but most of them loved the first season.
