Only supernatural anime getting popular

I don't see any slice of life anime getting popular like one piece or naruto. Even attack on titan, one punch man have element of supernatural to them. Why is that?

There are tons of slice of life anime getting popular. Last year had a lot of slice of life anime that people talked about, like Koyabashi's Maid Dragon, for example.
Might be that slice of life isn't discussed a lot in your circles(and here as well).

Shounen action types of anime are easy to get into, not slow, entertaining to almost everyone, don't need a long attention span and have action and cool fights. Basically just appeals to a lot more people. Lot of slice of life shows are very boring and only the more committed anime watchers watch them.

slice of life for have anything good. if someone takes a anime from your life, will you watch it? it's not appealing. we crave for special things in anime
