Somehow...all the folks resigned one after the other and now I am the only senior left in my team. Well, 5 months is apparently the senior most member term. Now,  am supposed to take care of many things starting from mainframe jobs to production issues.

It's really hard ;_;
I don't know how this happened either.
My days are getting worse...but they are way better than my previous days...so for now...it's not that bad...

I can imagine. It's the same for my parents at the moment, and hence I go to office to make up for it these days with whatever little things I can do. If you don't do this already, then start keeping like 10 minutes at any time of the day just to think about what's up with you and your surrounding... IF you really do this regularly, it can create wonders.

Why they quit? Bad working conditions? Did they find better jobs? Or are they like you and just had enough?

Some got offers and some wanted to be housewives :/
I don't get why people quit their jobs just like that....

It just have been rough. You could quite the job too, if you don't like it. Is there a reason why you keep being there?

I don't have enough experience and I don't like changing jobs at this point, as I have a good name for my work, as of now
