New theme

Yo everyone!

We are introducing a new theme called 'ModernVB Ultimate'. We are thinking of making it our default theme. So try using it and report to one of the admins if you find any bugs. Hope you like the new theme :cheers:

We're going to change the banner too. The blue banner doesn't go well with ModernVB Ultimate. It anyone is interested in making a banner PM me =)
