New theme details

i have heard about this new theme for sometime now.
so when exactly will this new theme be up?
just curious xD
 
It is up but it's too plain.
You can access it by changing the settings in the footer.
Also, this is announcements section so it is general is used by admins to announce latest updates and such.

This thread belongs to "suggestions and feedback" section :D
