I see. Thank you for your advice Technical suwako. Then we should carefully plan this and I am beginning to think that sticking with the current software and theme would be for the best.

I would be fine with it especially since I'm new and it wouldn't really effect me. But as I've seen in some other threads people have made it pretty clear they do not like change and starting over again.

Yes. We have decided to not to move for now. Even in the future, we will keep this in mind.
