I thought it was boring. There were too many speeches and I thought those took away from Neji's death.

There should have been more time in between the speeches though. Like if there was a long moment of silence, that could have let the characters grieve his death. Madara could be the only one smiling.

well I skipped all the chapters till the Madara's revival from death to life........... so I can enjoy the anime......
