Name those anime that you have a big score gap between seasons

It keeps gets better with each season. What about you guys? Do you have any other anime in your mind?

For the opposite direction I've seen twitter roasting the third season of the Seven Deadly Sins. Haha.

I am not sure if I can recall an anime that keeps going up. My Hero Academia, maybe though it didn't exactly kept blowing me out of the water, it was more like it got a good point and has maintained that high note.

Like I said, I watched Log Horizon way before SAO. And no I don't function like that because I tend to set my expectations really low before I watch anything.
