Long title, i know. a short list.
These are some games I've played that's very casual not ranked in any order or anything but these are the ones I recommend if you need some time to kill and wanna do it with a game. (Note I will list the prices in Canadian Currency.)
Stardew Valley ($16.99): A Farming game that reminds me of Harvest moon or Runefactory. A charming game that i've sunk hours upon hours in.
Graveyard Keeper ($22.79): Graveyard Keeper is the most inaccurate medieval cemetery management sim of all time. I've dropped nearly as many hours on this as Stardew.
Sid Meier's Civilisation 5 ($32.99): Civ 5 can make the day melt away with what feels like little progress (if you're unfamiliar with the game) it took me well over a month to complete a full game on diety (Hardest difficulty) by playing a few hours a day. once you learn the game it's very calming
Skyrim ($49.99) It goes without saying skyrim would be here (some may not see it as a casual game but it really is once you get used to it.) I've sunk over 1000 hours on this title alone across consoles and pc.
Portal 1&2 ($17.24 as a bundle for both) The portal series is wonderful and comedic, it's primarily a puzzle game but it's incredibly enjoyable.
Shellshock Live ($7.79) Shellshock live is a Worms type turn-based shooter it's very calming if all you wanna do is chill in a match and pass time, some people get salty but it's a game you can just play. the solo stuff is alright.
