I ordered some stuff to do and have my office address. That allocated a slot of 5-7:30 pm . I asked them to move it before 5:00pm and told them that I wouldn't mind the delay. That moved it to the previous slot of the same day but it never got delivered. I contacted them the next day and they said, that would schedule it the next day. I received a slot between that 5-7:30 pm again. I asked them to move it yet again. This time I have them my home address and asked them to deliver there for that 5pm slot.
Now, at 6pm I received a call from that deliver guy to collect the order.
I was so mad...I think him the entire thing and she'd him to come back tomorrow by 5 or cancel it.
I received three calls after that and I had to explain all that again....
I asked them to refund the money to the bank but they transferred it to their stupid wallet.
Like seriously? That's my first transaction and my experience was horrible. Would I ever consider them again?
