Movie Review - Jurassic Park - 1993

I've been watching a lot of movies recently and posting them all on an Instagram so i thought i would post them here!

Let's start from the beginning. Jurassic Park

The best movie from my year of birth, 1993. I've watched this movie over 50 times, it's perfection.

Now, if you don't know, Jurassic Park is about Dr. Hammond opening a theme park with REAL LIFE Dinosaurs in it. And he drafts in Dr. Grant and Dr. Sattler to come have a look around and test it all out. It all starts positively but as you may imagine with a theme park full of Dinosaurs, it turns sour quickly. It involves scares, death, betrayal and respect. Everything a movie needs

For a movie of it's age the special effects are amazing, the dinosaurs move around really well and it almost looks real

I would personally give this movie a 9/10!

IMDB Rating: 8.1/10

Budget: $63 Million
Box Office: $1.033 Billion

Trivia: The scene where the T-Rex smashes through the top of the jeep with the kids in it was never meant to happen. Hence why the screams sound so genuine, they were actual screams

I saw this movie a long time ago.
It's too gory for words and I am sure it's different after a rewatch. I will probably rewatch this

It's not gory in the sense it has blood splattering everywhere. More just a dinosaur eats one person haha

I did watch some movies, from this series.
Not fond of all the dinosaurs eating humans this way. It's too much for me to take

That's true
But I think I have seen the entire franchise and it's very bloody and gory

You've wrote a fanastic review, it's one that I enjoyed reading. It's been many years since I've watched Jurrasic Park, and I would say this film definitely has some educational value to it - this move is the best representation of what life could be like living with these animals.

Thank you, that means a lot. I struggle to write things like reviews because i'm not good at explaining things and my vocabulary isn't the greatest. I use the same words all the time haha
