Most wicked child in anime?

...babies and children are out of the question. at least little kids according to anime standards lol

The original question was "Who's the most innocent character..." and I got to thinking, yeah, but what about the opposite. If we talk about children, who are supposed to be innocent, but totally aren't, who would be the most wicked child? And why?

i can't think of any on the top of my head. may be kids who bully others. have to search for those names

This is easy, I would say its either, Hansel and Gretel from Black Lagoon, Tanya from saga of Tanya or Mariko from elfin lied.

I'm not really familiar with either of those. And Elfin Lied, I only made through five minutes. But I was younger then, and maybe I should consider giving it another shot sometime soon.
