Flawless? Everyone has flaws and makes posts with flaws, including me.
My favorites in this order:
Kakashi, Itachi, Minato, Asuma, Gaara (Shippuden), and Neji.

I do like Naruto, just not in my top list.
As for Kakashi, I have many reasons. I feel like ending it there, to quote Kakashi, but I'll explain a bit. He's strong, handsome, witty, silent, sarcastic, thoughtful, and my number one reason: He has a deep and dark past that really changed him in many ways at different points in his life.

To go in further on that character development:
As a child, he cared about friends and comrades. Then his father committed suicide and everything changed; everything had to be by the rules and close relationships only got a shinobi into trouble. Then he loses both his comrades, which helped to start opening his eyes to believing in Obito's words (those who break rules are scum, but those who would abandon their comrades/friends are worse than scum). I feel like Kakashi is one of those characters that goes through the most personal changes and finally settles on who he is.

he had a difficult childhood so can't blame him for turning out to be that way. as a pro i want some answer there.

Other than him killing Itachi, I never liked his attitude. He is a know-it-all who thinks he's better than everyone else, and is downright an a**hole. To say he had a difficult childhood is no excuse to me. So did Naruto, and Naruto didn't turn out nasty. Plus he is too self-absorbed and is whiny. Joined Akatsuki to destroy Konoha, then when he turned good again, was saying nonsense things like how he would become the next Hokage. Ah, no, not after all the bs he did.

Rasengan was invented by Minato.... And, I don't see any reason to believe that he mimics him......
