We are talking about ghouls here.. Slice of life for it would be worse than parody.. And nah, peaceful world is boring.....in anime. and so is slice of life.

Also, Rize was indeed the person whose organs Kaneki had but the Rize who "saved" Kaneki after the tortured he faced from Yamori was a fabrication of Kaneki's imagination in Rize's form. Not really Rize herself.
