looks like he doesn't want to take any medication
only because he might want his grandfather up with the noise and he doesn't want that at all and he can be very kind
 
you are right
if he is too sick, that would effect his studies and job and that would be even more troublesome
 
Yeah but he can't possibly take care of himself when he is overburdened with things
