Master Keaton is one of the series made by the phenomenal Naoki Urasawa, but unlike Monster there is nothing serious going on in this series, it's just all entertainment.
So this anime is about Keaton, he's an investigator of insurance company, and the story is about his life and his job, so it's a mixed up between action, slice of life and drama. The story telling of this anime is similar to Detective Conan, it's fase by fase, one or two episode per case.
Nothing too impressive and not that bad either but certainly have it's own charm, it can be pretty exciting too in few occassions. But just like the other works of Naoki Urasawa the characters in this series are excellent, alive, details and have strong impression especially the main cast.
