Manipulative characters who could make others commit murders

I know only one such character and it wouldn't be hard to take a guess who that is. It's Yohan from Monster and he manipulates people and make them commit murders. It's sickening the way everyone dances to his tune. Is there any other character that you know of, who is capable of doing such a thing?

manipulation is a tool people use a lot.

he could never be like others who can convince people to commit murders.
