Manga where the main character dies slowly with a disease

is there any manga like that? if the main character keeps it a secret, then it's all the better to read. i like the emotional rollercoaster from time to time

Really? It's in my watch list. Isn't it about an old man becoming a young man. I wonder how we would die, if he becomes young.
Well, I will have to watch to find out about it.
 
There are a few that I know. Toki Doki, a one shot manga.  Kimi no Suizou o Tabetai, a small story I've only read one chapter of. Check them out, they are pretty great.

thanks i will read them. didn't hear any of these titles before. i wish they are not long and interesting till the end
 
Certainly not Inuyashiki if what you looking for is the main character die in the end. True he was dying with disease in the first chapter, but not more than five chapter later he get 100% healed.
