yeah that is my main focus really.
No time to think about work, or work politics or stupid things that may happen at work. Waste of Energy
i just do what i got to do, friendly interact with everyone, do work and once im gone, i barely think about anything except what i want to do with my own time.
Gym, food, relaxing etc
Best to think about yourself, family, friends

that's right!
you have everything under control. as long as you surround yourself with people who care about you, even if the circle is small, it's totally worth to have such a life.
make sure to take initiatives to suprise them and show how much you care for them. sometimes vocal admission is needed as well

yah i do, i help my family with bits here and there as they are busy doing all sorts of stuff, they run a small business.
Started about a year ago.
With friends, i try and do get togethers, for food or drinks, sports events to catch up or help with stuff if they need anything.
Going to Lisbon in Portugal with my best friend in May. will plan another trip with few others as well, but not sure what yet.
Yeah circle doesn't matter large or small it matters about quality.
This might be a guy thing, idk, a few will keep in touch quite frequently but some dissapear for a bit, but it doesn't matter how long it is, because we can just pick up where we left off or like it never happened.

i would like that but women make everything harder than it should be. people are complicated and women are even more so lol.

i would love to travel but i don't have anyone and the money to afford it. but i love seeing pictures lol. take some pictures for me with beautiful landscapes dave, if it's not too much trouble

Yeah i have 2 younger sisters who still are in education and its awful listening to them.
The other week the stuff they talk about between themselves and their friends, like boys, peoples relationships or just people they know in general.
Like guys we just don't do that at all really, maybe if we refer to someone because we saw them / make jokes about that person because they did or said something stupid.
If we talk about girls its normally not that long either, its only if we think they are attractive, like these type of conversations are short with quick conclusion.
We then move on to next thing, no in depth analyzing caring about other people.
Could just be that they are young - also feel that the younger kids coming through dont have that much to do either.
Hobbies wise, many just do nothing apart from browse and wonder why they are bored / dont know how to talk to people.
Im not even 30 yet but people coming from school or higher education cannot even answer a phone and speak to someone.
I guess COVID and online teaching may have contributed to this.

you are too young dave but i can't believe you have such maturity and figured out your life, at your age
i feel so happy for you. people tend to be impulsive in their 20s and their 30s and they have a big life ahead so it's all good, at the end. but in your 20s already having goals and insights, it's rare.
yes for girls it's all about looks lol.
i have never seen many girls who don't care a lot about their looks. i used to care too but not anymore. wait i think clarry and kaynil don't care about their looks too. but such girls are rare.

even people my age want to talk about how to get their nails or hair done to stand out. then with the beauty regime or skin scare or clothes lol. the list goes on and they feel happy and superior by putting others down. there are women who are genuine but they are rare lol

Thanks, much appreciated, i wouldn't say figured it all out, everyone has got stuff to work out. Life is a long Journey but it does move very quick when you start working.

Gotta sort out living situation really. will be 30 in July - will see what i will do sometime in 2026.
Yeah can see why they become unhappy with stuff, I have talked to girls before. but its not the same type of conversation they would have with their girl friends.
I was comparing in my head what we guys use to talk about, it was always sports, games, and jokes, hobbies things that happened recently.
Listening to my younger sisters who are younger by like 10+ years, they were bored in group of friends and didn't have much to talk about.
I as a kid was barely bored had so many things to do, especially if we were in group of friends.
i guess as girls aren't into the same sort of stuff they, some are but many arent, they kind of limit their activities / subjects to talk about.
They kinda go to school and then doom scroll tik tok then they get together and not sure what to do / talk about
