It's good but I for it's popularity....I expected a bit more.
The abyss concept made me remember laputa. I don't why though. I liked it and this anime is okay too. I like the robot too but for some reason I don't like the beasts and such in abyss.
They didn't explain why abyss is formed either. They could have said some meteor collapsed or something....

Well, I will watch it a bit more before giving it a rating. So far though, I am not impressed

LOl....who knows...you might come to hate over populated anime which doesn't have much to offer?
