Made a huge mistake

Yesterday, I have done something wrong and it's a big one. This is why I hate mainframes. Some stupid users fault made me to take some action and I have taken a wrong action... It messed up so much and many people had to do double work to make it right...
I am going through a lot right now but that shouldn't be an excuse for making this mistake.
These days I can't concentrate enough and I have been making some mistakes but I was able to cover them up but this... It's on an another level.
I am feeling really down now and I disappointed many people too... Damn

Shit is going to happen in life, you can never live a perfect life. Just learn from your mistake, if your bosses get on your case explain that it was others that pushed you to do the mistake and hopefully you can walk away learning something.
