Kaneki vs Hisaei

This is a purely hypothetical question but I would to ask this, knowing full well that it won't happen. Who will win in a fight to death battle between Kaneki and Hisaei? I would side with Kaneki as he can always strike down his enemies in cold blood.

hisae accepted kaneki to give his control over, when he couldn't do much in a battle.

Well, I am not so sure how to answer this, as we are speaking about just one person.
Emotions don't always give strength to people. So, it's a bit difficult to say anything about the winner.
