Well, initially it would be a nightmare for them ya know.
They have learned something different and they have to learn stuff again from the scratch. I don't want that.

Nameteru na, umai... Not everybody has a hard time, getting accustomed to the IT culture.. It may be tough when people from other disciplines of engg. join at 1st, but they get used to... Adaptability is a virtue there....

Decent salary is given only after some experience. Even now my salary isn't great either even after 1.8 years experience.
Sigh
Guess it would take sometime

Uhhh.. More like the performance+ experience... Cause my friend's sis was getting higher salary than her manager. She was the GOAT in her team. well, unfair things are common occurance in that field.

Hmm...I am not aware of that.
Well, I didn't have my appraisal yet so no ratings based on performance.. As I just got confirmed this year. Let's see if I could get a hike soon.

You wont even feel its presence tbh after ya wear one.. unless it's a heavy ass circle or oval ear ring that pretty much stretches the ear lobe like a jelly.. Even then... It wont be a trouble cause people gets used to it soon...

Cool. Do you have a limit for them? Aren't Indians obsessed with jewellery? I meant nothing harm with that

Clara is Indian and she isnt "obsessed".. Wrong stereotype that. Dude, it's all over the world ya know~. Like some women are soooo obsessed with jwellery and I have seen western women obsessed with tatoos as well... If ya have seen indian marriages, ya can sure see a gold there, not denying it. But not all women are "obsessed over it". Some wear that much gold cause of the ceremony and the next moment, ya wont know its place at all~.  And piercings far as ik.. Indian women has less piercings than a western gal. I have seen western gals having piercings in every parts in the face~.

For men.. Not that much as a women.. But men do like tatoos ... Not me though

I was came to know that people pierce small children and use jewelry for them. I was shell shocked. Those kids don't even know and they don't have a say in it. Then I came to know that Indians like jewelry a lot.

Ear piercing is like a tradition ya can say.. For hindus. I got mine's pierced when I was 1 or 2~. Ear lobe piercing is good scientifically and they sort of do it at an young age over here. Second one is a wrong stereotype.

I would have died if some pierced my ears at that age. I really can't imagine what that children will be going through but it's not my place to question tradition
