JetClean (created by BlueSpring) is probably the best free registry cleaning program I have ever used. It fixes so many things, it deletes useless files, it increases your computer's speed a lot, and it is completely free. It does have a paid version (which costs less than $2 per month) too, which adds several extra-features, such as a program uninstaller, to completely remove any program from your computer, even the ones that are not removable from the Windows Control Panel.
You should definitely give it a try and post in this thread if you noticed a difference in your computer's speed after you run the program.
