this manga is about a cute doctor and a lovely patient.
the doctor is so innocent that he don't know anything about love. when he met the patient for the very first time, he thought he saw his older self there and he takes good care of the patient. now that patient is in love with the doctor and he won't stop unless he get's his hands on the doctor. so now the patient, naoki rapped the doctor narusawa to get what he wants and then eventually seeing the naoki's passion, narusawa began to understand the meaning of tru couple.
there are other hurdles like the age gap, rich and poor, country gap, family disturbance, misunderstandings but they overcome all that.
