Japanese believes Anime characters including who have yellow hair to be based on Asia

I have been to that link and it's a form of advertising.
Must have been frustrated as we don't have the same opinions as him and don't support advertising.
 
This poster sounds massively racist and narrow-minded.  Who would consider these views unless they thought the same?  Anyway, that's not saying, though, that some national bias is OK.  For instance, as an example from another thing in entertainment, notice how Burt Reynolds might have made a good move by not playing James Bond (The first role was taken up by Scott Sean Connery.).
