Itachi vs Pain

I am not saying that Itachi is a genius but he got no power that can rival nagato's power. He is not brainwashed. He is just messed up from the start.



Even in his prime, he wouldn't have won against madara, any kage or even naruto.
So, that makes him weak not strong.

Are you talking about the rasengan training in shippuden?
Do you remember the number of this particular episode?

50's and 70's..... I believe there was a filler arc between 55 and 72(-ish?)......

I will look into it then. I don't remember the order of various arcs and it's a filler arc on top of that.

No, it's not a filler... It's before and after the filler arc.... Right after the arc where they pursue Sasuke, and before Asuma gets killed.... And, he trains to create Rasenshuriken, and not Rasengan....

I don't remember rasenshiruken. Is it like shadow shrikens?
I didn't know that he even naruto have filler arcs like bleach. Why are you two talking about stupidity in this thread?

I will take a look at it but as I said before he is no longer the dumb kid or the kid who pretends that he is dumb. He is actually a smart ninja now.

It's this one, and he uses it against Kakuzu, and many other antagonists..... And, I don't know why we were talking about said topic, it came just like that......

That's a powerful technique and he defeated pain like that. Didn't he? At least one body of pain.

Yes I have, and even Kishimoto himself has said that Itachi would have been able to take down Madara, which is why he needed to have Itachi fight Kabuto, not Madara, so that the story wouldn't be over too quickly.
